I know a 10 year old that loves ice cream. In fact she asks for ice cream almost on daily basis.
Decided an ice cream cake would be perfect for her today.

"Frozen" Cake
A special little girls is getting ready to celebrate her 4th birthday. She loves, loves, loves the Disney's movie Frozen and the color purple. As per requested she was given a purple "Frozen" cake.

Alexis's Wedding Cake
One of the secretary's at H&R Block allowed me to make her wedding cake.
Her theme was purple, teal and peacock feathers.
Her Aunt was suppose to pick up all the fresh flowers in Salt Lake and bring them with her to St. George. The flowers were used for the boquet, the groomsmen corsage and many other corsages.
Somehow half the roses got left behind. So....I had 2 roses to work with and one was wilted pretty bad. I used every purple flower there was left.
I think it turned out pretty good. The bride was pretty happy with it to. She was really bummed about the flowers and thought it would look just terrible. So glad she was happy!

Indian Cobra Cake
One of my sons just celebrated his 7th birthday. He requested a sssssnake birthday cake. Not just any ole' ssssnake but a Indian Cobra Snake.
When he got home from school he was so surprised to find his birthday cake waiting for him.

Pinkalicious
For Emily's kindergarten class I was asked to bring her favorite book with treat to go with it.
Emily was so excited about the pinkalicious cupcakes!
Evil Minion
My son, Hunter, and I made a evil minion cake for our local scout cake auction.
I was impressed with how much and how creative Hunter was.
He made the hair and the eye by himself. He used my rotary cutter to apply the circle impression around the edge of the overalls. I wanted to use fondant for the teeth but he wanted to use mini marshmallows. Not being my cake I let him do it.
It turned out super, duper cute!
It think we did pretty good.

Nativity Scene
For a ward talent night at Christmas time I was asked to bring a cake.
Wanting to do more than just a cake I made 7 mini cakes.
Turned them upside down, attached a sugar cookie to the top
and turned it into my very own little nativity scene.

Little Pet Shop
My 5 year old wanted a Pet Shop Birthday Cake.
My favorite is the frog on the lily pod.
Had one of my kids take the picture of it and well.... you get what you get.
